You hear about a new brand/restaurant. What’s the first thing you do?

Google them and click their website.

Check their reviews (Google/Yelp).

Just show up and wing it.

Search them on TikTok/Instagram.

A business has a “bad” website (slow, not mobile-friendly). What’s your move?

It’s a red flag, but I’ll still look around.

I don’t care as long as I can find the info I need.

I leave immediately. If the site is bad, the product probably is too.
